Disclosure Statement

Costello Financial Services Ltd (CFS), is a private New Zealand company registered at the Companies Office in Auckland, and has its registered office at 129D Onewa Rd, Northcote, Auckland. It was founded in 1970 and operates in the financial services sector.

Costello Financial Services applies the IFA (The Institute of Financial Advisers), code of ethics, practice and disciplinary standards. Costello Financial Services is registered at the Companies Office Financial Service Providers Register FSP64521.

Disclosure

Prior to assisting with the placement of any risk policy, you will be given a full description of the policy including, its wording. This is available on this site. After application and acceptance, a policy document will be mailed to you by Sovereign.

Fees

Our only professional fees are a commission paid by Sovereign to us following business placed with them, plus an annual servicing fee for in force policies. Sale of these Insurance Products may also be used by Sovereign to calculate other possible rewards and incentives.

The normal commission has been discounted 50% on this site, to benefit users.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

For the protection of clients and to comply with the provisions of the IFA Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, Costello Financial Services Advisers maintain Professional Indemnity insurance to the level required by the IFA and Sovereign.

Complaints Procedure

Any customer who has a complaint should in the first instance contact us. We will immediately investigate and, where justified, make our best endeavors to correct.

Neither Costello Financial Services or any associated client advisers have exclusive arrangements with any suppliers of products, or services recommended. We have chosen to promote on this site the Sovereign Absolute Health products which we believe to be suited for resident New Zealanders and is both comprehensive and cost effective.
